Amazon ending support for older Kindles: Customers say its a ‘hostile act of predatory capitalism’
Amazon notified Kindle users this week that the company will be terminating support for any devices released in 2012 or earlier starting on May 20, according to WIRED. As soon as the email went out, customers reacted with fury and fear that the devices they have used for years are being forced into obsolescence.
