Imo the best way to do cable flyes is the most stable. If you’re trying to do a mid-chest focused cable flye with the cables set at shoulder height and find it hard to balance, I recommend setting the cables high and bending over. #fyp #fitness #gym #bodybuilding #tiktoktaughtme
